What is seamless technology?

Classification of seamless technology

Features of seamless knitted fabrics

• Short production process, saving cost and improving production efficiency. Because seamless knitted fabric does not need a lot of cutting and stitching, it saves the amount of raw materials and reduces the cost in terms of raw material utilization; In terms of processing procedures, the process flow is shortened, the time required to complete the product is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. At the same time, the reduction of processing procedures also reduces the number of machines, thus reducing the floor space and reducing the cost to a certain extent.

2. Wireless pressing technology

The production process of wireless pressing is mainly to use the welding fusion technology to heat press the garment pieces through heat, ultrasonic vibration and laser, or complete the sewing of the garment through the point bonding fusion method. The adhesive strip can also be hot pressed on the seam edge of the garment pieces to make the garment waterproof, windproof, snow proof and cold proof. Wireless pressing technologists "weld" the clothing pieces together through appropriate temperature, pressure and time, so there are certain restrictions on the raw materials of pressing rubber strips and clothing pieces, and natural fibers are not suitable for this processing process.
